Star Wars Vintage Lightsabers

The lightsaber is the traditional weapon of the Jedi. Because its use is not widespread outside the Jedi ranks, its intended use is for defense and utility, but all Jedi are trained for dueling as well.
The lightsaber's blade is pure energy or plasma and has no mass. The loop of energy ior plasma is contained in a strong magnetic field. Light sabers operate on the arc-wave principle and gain their energy from crystals: Jedi use natural crystals, whereas Sith use synthetic.
Each lightsaber is unique, and is constructed by hand by their Jedi owners.
Vintage lightsabers are hard to come by, so this list also includes current ones. I'm a bigger fan of the newer ones anyway. Mine from childhood has an inflatable saber end with a flashlight base. Impressive for an 8 year old, but less so now!
